Administrative Block: Established in year 2008, having Chairman’s Room, Director’s Room, Assistant Director’s Room, Principal’s Room, Accounts Department, Examination Department, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Department of Science and Humanities and Library.
Academic Block: Established in year 2012, Academic block accommodates Department of Civil Engineering, Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering with various class rooms and laboratories.
Mechanical Block: Established in year 2008, this block houses Department of Mechanical Engineering with various laboratories. There are many classrooms, Computer labs. This block also houses Language lab for improving English. All the online exams are also conducted in this block. Also, the roof of this block has a large Solar Power Plant.
Workshop : Established in year 2008. Workshop has Welding Shop, Plumbing Shop, Foundry Shop, Hot Working Shop, Carpentry Shop, Fitting Shop, Machine Shop, etc. Students use the workshop for various laboratories and projects.
Examination Block: Established in year 2017, this block is suitable for taking offline exams with proper Environment.
Boys Hostel was established in year 2009. It is a 4 storey building having 98 rooms,1 Common room and a Dinning Hall.
Girls Hostel was established in year 2013. It is a 2 storey building having 36 rooms,1 Common room and a Dinning Hall.
Food Court : Established in year 2018, RTCIT’s food court is a modern eatery having a good spread of delectable Menu.
