With an optimistic and pragmatic approach towards training and ultimately placements, The Training and Placement cell has a strategically planned calendar every year. It works hand in hand with every branch. The Institute has taken it on itself to ensure that each RTCITian is not only a thorough technical asset but also a dynamic personality to match with.

Training and placement department aim at sharpening the skills of each student for a successful career. The department takes care of the holistic development of the students for placement Training and also takes care of shaping careers post their graduation by training them for higher studies. The companies which recruit technical graduates from various technical institutes seek for different technical skills and personality traits before making an offer. So, in order to sharpen their technical skills and polish their communication skills we, at RTCIT provide extensive industry based training programs throughout their B. Tech and diploma course. Moreover  to make  them as per  industry  ready some focussed classes viz. TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) , TQM(Total Quality Management) , Lean, Industrial Safety and Organisational Behaviour also provided.
